"Individual Care - for the Individual Horse"
Keeping your horse fit, sound and healthy is the foundation to Renee's
Horse Training Program.
|
"If I key on the
horse's overall health, not only the physical, but the emotional and mental
aspects of the horse's individual character, the training process naturally falls into place".
- Renee Ronshausen Horse Trainer

Horse Health First
The small and intimate setting of Renee's horse ranch allows her
to concentrate on your horse's health FIRST. This is not a "big
box" type show barn with many trainers contending for arena time with
the common distractions one copes with at other equestrian facilities.
Renee is "the only horse trainer" on the ranch, which grants her more quality time
to care for each horse as if it was her own.
|
Renee's "HORSE HEALTH FIRST" approach is deeply-seated in
her full service training program.
Renee's rewards are 10 fold when
she see's another healthy horse and happy client working, learning, excelling and having
fun together for many years.
|
Renee goes beyond taking the trouble horse and training them to excell at their work.
She believes a trainer must build a relationship with the horse before one can
gain their respect. As Renee develops the relationship "in honest partnerhip",
the horse naturally reflects back a "good sense of well being".
|
"There’s no recipe book on relationship building – every horse is different.
It takes as long as it takes and I am prepared to commit many training blocks
to build the trust framework...it could take only several minutes,
but a good trainer must be ready to put the hard work in, but most importantly,
not give in. I am after quality time, not the quantity."

Renee is masterful at creating a learning environment were the horse knows
when it has accomplished a task correctly. She skillfully uses those accomplishments
as building blocks within the training program to produce her ultimate intent -
a healthy horse and a happy client having fun together for many years.
"Renee knows horses. I have been training with Renee for over 15 years.
I would not trust anybody else with my horse."
- Margo VanMidde, President Veva Communications.
